Today’s featured art is Horseman In Peril by max nimos
The dragon is about to overtake the horseman - he looks frightened to me and with good cause.
The dragon does not look particularly friendly at all … I would go so far as to say the dragon does not have good intentions for the horse or the horseman.
The scales are a marvel of detail! I think I would prefer a light brown frame to echo the browns in the painting and perhaps an ivory mat to bring out the dust cloud even more or maybe a green mat to bring out those awesomely detailed scales. At Imagekind, when you buy a Fine Art Print, you can choose the mat and frame you like best with your artwork.

This two headed dragon with it’s own chef cooking for it - it makes me laugh - I love the style, the colors chosen and the humorous cartoon style.
I really like the framing and mat - it adds depth but makes the painting the focal point. This picture would be perfect for a woman with a sense of humor and who likes to cook - maybe I should get one for my son-in-law?
My daughter’s husband likes to cook - I’m not sure if he likes dragons or not … but the cook in the picture is female which he is not ;P but then he is always complaining that he wants my daughter to learn to cook better - she does NOT enjoy cooking … but I bet this would make her laugh! Perhaps she might like cooking pink octopus (or would that octopi?) for dragons (my grandson and her husband and step children)?
